Thank you for considering us for your special event. We love helping our guests create lasting memories. To ensure your day is a success, here are a few details regarding our event policies:

Event Pricing

Our event fees are based on guest count and are separate from lodging. If you choose to rent both houses, we offer a discounted rate:

  • Up to 30 guests: $900 (Free if both houses are rented)

  • 31–50 guests: $1,500 ($1,200 if both houses are rented)

  • 51–75 guests: $2,000 ($1,700 if both houses are rented)

  • 76–100 guests: $2,500 (Requires rental of both houses)

Key Details

  • Indoor/Outdoor: Because our cozy interiors are best suited for smaller groups, any event with more than 25 guests must be hosted outdoors.

  • Amenities: Since the Woodhouse has two bathrooms, we ask that you rent a portable restroom for groups of 60+.

  • Peace of Mind: We require a $1,500 security deposit and event insurance. The deposit is due two weeks before the event and is refunded within 3 days of your stay.

  • On-Site Support: For groups over 75, we provide an on-site representative to assist with any property-related needs.

Evening Timeline

We ask that music concludes by 10:00 PM and extra guests depart by 11:00 PM to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our property.
